NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Osceola, St. Joseph County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year during the regular Osceola Town Council Meeting at the Osceola Town Hall, 850 Lincolnway West, Osceola, IN, at 6:00 p.m. on May 14, 2024.

Total INDOT-CCMG Fund $ 250,000
Fund Name: ARPA
40000 Capital Outlays $ 63,000
Total ARPA Fund $ 63,000
Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriation that will be made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (Department). The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the action taken.
